Whilst our prices for services will vary for property type, we work and collaborate with landlords to ensure our prices are fair.

Our fees start at:

  • Tennant Find Only for £199 fixed fee
  • Rent collection service for 5% of monthly rent
  • Full property Management for 12% of monthly rent
  • Additional Landlord Services such as inventory with floor plans for £12.50 per room, HMO licence application preparation for £175 and Cambrian News advert for £35.

  • Obtaining consents to let from lending institutions, insurance companies and head landlords
  • Preparation & checking of inventories and schedules of conditions with ingoing tenants.
  • Organisation of gas and electrical installations
  • Transferring council tax & utility accounts to new tenants’ names
  • Periodic checking of property during the tenancy period
  • Preparation of accounts

The full works! Our full management package is the most popular service we offer. This service ensures complete management all year round, maintenance and repairs along with the benefit of our keen market knowledge and strategy for maintaining the occupancy of your property.
